Jeremy Duprey has been a real estate investor since the Great Recession.  He started in 2005, at age 24, by taking two years to build a single-family home in his hometown of Lowell, Michigan with his father (and #1 mentor).   He sold it in 2007 and bought a duplex using an FHA loan with $4,500 down. That marked the beginning of his first company, which developed, stabilized, and held 2-4 family investment roperties. Beginning in 2016 he started a residential investment company which developed, and sold 40+ homes per year.  Those two companies evolved into what is now Northwood Capital. A boutique commercial real estate investment firm focused on developing value-add commercial real estate. Since 2008, he and his teams have developed over 200 properties throughout the Midwest and New England. He holds a BBA from Grand Valley State University and an MBA from Western Michigan University.

Driven by his values and what many consider to be an obsession with real estate, Jeremy sets himself apart in the industry. His commitment to professionalism, integrity, and hard work shines through in every transaction. With a deep understanding of the intricacies of the market, Jeremy leverages his expertise to navigate complex landscapes and create investment opportunities.

As the Founder of Northwood Capital, Jeremy’s vision is to drive the company’s growth and success.
